The conversation still feels familiar
You can ask questions, think through a problem, draft something, attach files, and refine the result in conversation. You do not need to learn a special command language before Strawberry becomes useful.
The main difference is context. Your Companion can work with the tabs you choose and, when connected, the apps that contain the rest of the task. You can spend less time copying material into a chat and more time reviewing the result.
Start with a result that crosses tabs
Pick something small that normally requires several browser steps: prepare for one meeting, compare a few companies, organize an inbox, extract a table, or turn a conversation into follow-up.
Tell your Companion what a useful finish looks like and which context it may inspect. Keep messages and external changes as drafts until you are comfortable with the workflow.

Keep the process when it works
Official Skills provide strong starting guidance for common results. After you correct the first run, save the accepted process as a custom skill so future work follows your sources, format, tone, and approval rules.
Use a Routine only after the underlying workflow is trusted. Recurrence should preserve the same review points rather than turning a good one-off result into unattended noise.
