Strawberry can search Apollo.io people and companies, inspect contacts and accounts, find decision-makers, and prepare contact lists, sequence work, or account research. It can turn research into a reviewable outbound plan while imports, sequence changes, and external outreach remain intentional.
Install Strawberry. It is free, on Mac and Windows. Open Settings in Strawberry, then go to Integrations. Select Apollo.io and click Connect. Sign in to the Apollo.io account you want Strawberry to use and approve the requested access.
01
Account research can start with the people and companies that fit.
A target account is not useful just because its name is on a list.
Strawberry can search companies, search companies, search people, and inspect the associated contacts so the team can decide whether the account actually fits before any campaign work begins.
02
Buying committees can be prepared from verified contact context.
Good outbound needs more than one contact and more than a guessed job title.
Use Search people and Search contacts to prepare a buying-committee view with the evidence available in Apollo.io and the gaps that still need checking.
03
List building can retain the reason each prospect belongs.
A prospect list becomes hard to trust when nobody can explain why each person was included.
Strawberry can prepare a list with account context, role rationale, and proposed next action for a human to inspect before an import or sequence update.
04
Outbound review can be scheduled without sending on autopilot.
When outbound research follows a strong qualification method, preserve the method as a skill.
A routine can produce the next review queue on schedule, but it should not silently enrol prospects or send messages.
