Upwave gives teams visual project boards, timelines, task lists, and workflow views. Strawberry can inspect the work behind a board and connect a blocked task to the notes and decisions around it. It can prepare a planning brief and find the items that look active but no longer have a real next step.
01
A blocked card is not yet an explanation.
A task labelled blocked does not tell the team whether it needs an answer, a dependency, or a missing brief. It also does not tell them whether somebody needs to make a decision. Strawberry can read the task’s visible details and linked material to turn a vague status into a specific unblock request.
02
Plan from the work that changed, not the board you remember.
Planning drifts when the meeting runs from last week’s understanding instead of the changes that actually happened across tasks and discussions. Strawberry can prepare a focused review of fresh movement, slipping dates, and newly exposed dependencies before the team starts reprioritising.
03
Check that the task and the project story still agree.
A project note may say one thing while the board carries an old owner or an old deadline.
It may also carry a task that no longer matches the agreed scope. Strawberry can compare the visible plan with the linked task material and prepare a discrepancy list for the person responsible for the project.
04
Start Monday with the work that can still be changed.
An early Monday pass catches Friday changes and deadline risks before the week fills up with new requests. The brief should focus on the project boards that are already active, leaving the team with concrete questions rather than another duplicate status update.
