Strawberry can work in the browser beside the form, use the context you provide, and prepare fields for review rather than turning an ambiguous application or purchase into an automatic click.
01
A form should be mapped before it is filled.
Tell the agent which documents or records supply each answer and which fields must never be inferred. This is especially important for legal declarations, eligibility questions, payment details, and anything submitted in someone’s name.
02
Repeated forms are the strongest place to automate preparation.
A stable supplier intake, internal request, or weekly reporting form can use the same mapping every time. Save the tested process as a skill only after you have reviewed the filled fields and the exception handling.
03
The page can still contain a question that needs a person.
Free-text prompts, unusual dropdown choices, and declarations can be ambiguous even when most of the form is routine. The agent should pause at those points and ask for the missing decision instead of selecting the most plausible option.
04
Submission is not the same thing as preparation.
Completing a form can create a lead, a contract request, an application, a purchase, or a binding statement. Review the destination, answers, attachments, and timing before you authorize the final submit.
